Colin Grant Real Estate has been in Real Estate since October 2018. I specialise in properties in and around the Avon Valley and Wheat Belt. My sales life started at the age of eight selling potatoes and onions door to door in my local neighborhood. After leaving school I spent 10 years working on farming properties, for the first 5 years I was milking cows and the latter 5 years working with wheat and sheep farming. Following this for the next 25 years I ran a successful cleaning business around Western Australia. 

Coming to live in the Avon Valley and Wheatbelt in 1990 and buying property in York in early 1992 I grew in passion for the local area. In addition my interesting working life has equipped me with many skills that are very useful in the property industry. Life today brings us many challenges. Things don’t happen like Gran Par and Mere’s day. I embrace the digital age and combined with knowledge and understanding of the good old days I am more than equipped with the skills to sell your property.
